- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to your scheduled service will receive a full refund or rescheduling option at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
- In the event that Velvaere Nordic Spa needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not fully satisfied with your experience, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment. We'll work with you to address your concerns and determine an appropriate solution, which may include a partial refund or complimentary follow-up service.
- Non-Refundable Services
