Do I need to make a reservation, or do you accept walk-ins?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk-ins at this time so reservations are required.

I'm not seeing a day/time available that works with my schedule, can you accommodate a booking outside your listed days/times?

We will do our best to accommodate a booking outside of the listed days/times. Please reach out to us directly at hello@velvaerenordicspa.com with your preferred options and we'll get in touch as soon as we can!

Are group bookings available?

Absolutely! We can accommodate groups of 6 and highly recommend this for birthday parties, girls/guys nights, friend hang outs, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and more!

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel up to 24 hours before your private sauna session for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours will not receive a refund. You can cancel, and reschedule, via your confirmation email or by reaching us directly at hello@velvaerenordicspa.com.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes! We have gift cards available here. Each gift card is $45, so covers the cost of one person. If you're interested in the Private Nordic Spa for 2, for example, than you'll want to purchase two gift cards.

Are your facilities family-friendly or adults-only?

Our facility is adults-only.

Are swimsuits required?

Your comfort is our priority! In the sauna, you’re welcome to enjoy the experience in a way that feels best for you—whether that’s wearing a swimsuit or going au naturel. However, we do ask that swimsuits be worn in all other areas of the spa to ensure everyone feels at ease as they move through our shared spaces. Whatever you choose, we’re here to make your visit as relaxing and rejuvenating as possible!

What should I bring with me (e.g., swimwear, towels, flip-flops)?

Swimwear, water bottle, comfortable clothes and shoes, and your favorite playlist to jam out via our blue-tooth speakers.

Do you provide robes, towels, and toiletries?

We provide one towel per guest and ask that you sit on it while in the sauna. You are more than welcome to bring your own robe, or an additional towel, as well.

How do you ensure the cleanliness and safety of your facilities?

We take cleanliness and safety very seriously! Our team rigorously cleans all areas before and after each guest, including thorough sanitization of the sauna and surrounding spaces. The hot tub and cold plunge are regularly monitored to ensure proper chemical balance and water quality. Cleanliness isn’t just a priority—it’s our commitment to making sure you can relax and enjoy your experience with complete peace of mind.

Where are you located, and do you have parking available?

We are located in Kingston, Washington (8042 NE Whiskey Creek Trl) near Hansville, and private parking is available for spa guests.

Is this spa near a private home?

Yes, it is! Our spa is nestled near a private home, which adds to its charm and intimate vibe. We love extending our hospitality to you and want you to feel completely comfortable and at ease. While you might spot a stray soccer ball in the grass or hear the occasional friendly bark from our dog, rest assured that your relaxation and enjoyment are our top priorities. We’re here to make your experience as peaceful and rejuvenating as possible!
